The MRF tube furnace is operational in the horizontal or vertical position.

Can be easily rotated in 30 degree increments. Graphite hot zones from 3.0" dia to over 14.0" long.

Optional muffle tubes are available for oxidizing atmospheres to 1750 deg. C.

MRF one meter long 2500 Degree C tube furnace special unit sharing controls with the MRF front opening 2500 Degree C hot press.

The standard MRF graphite tube furnace has no internal water cooling. Designed for use with 3 phase power. All 304L stainless steel construction. 4" ANSI pumping system. 30 KVA 3 phase power supply.


The power supply is designed to accommodate a ramp rate of 100 Degrees C/min., up to operating temperature. Three phase SCR control provides an economical and efficient means of modulating power to the heating element in a reliable and accurate fashion. Water cooled power cables supply the power to the heating element from the main step down transformer. Volt and amp meters are supplied to visually monitor the power the furnace is using.
