The table heading displays the level of user that the statistics are shown for. For example, if you are logged in as a System Administrator, the heading will display System-Wide. The statistics displayed for a System Administrator are for the entire PostalCare organization. If you are logged in as a Division Administrator, the heading will display Division: Division Name. Only the statistics pertaining to that division will be displayed. The date and time that the statistics have been gathered from is also displayed inside the table heading. All volume statistics are displayed in KB (kilobytes).

Table 4-1 Incoming Email Statistics
Statistic Description
Total Email The count and volume of incoming emails to this organization (for the level of user logged in) for each time frame listed.
Spam Email The count and volume (with percentages) of incoming emails that were classified as spam and not delivered.
Delayed Spam Email The count, volume and percentages of emails caught as spam as a direct result of the Email Delivery Delay Interval setting. The Email Delivery Delay Interval is used to delay emails received by PostalCare in order to determine if that email is spam. For example, a spammer may send an email to a valid email recipient within PostalCare, and a few seconds later send another email to an invalid recipient (an unknown email address or Honeypot). Using the Email Delivery Delay Interval, the first email is held for the defined period of time. When the second email comes in to the invalid email address, both emails are blocked and the spammer gets added to the list of known spammers.
Blocked Email The count and volume (with percentages) of incoming emails to this organization that were blocked (not classified as spam, and not delivered).
Delivered Email The count and volume (with percentages) of incoming emails that were successfully delivered.
Attachments The count of incoming emails with attachments, and the number with percentage of those emails where the attachments were removed (Rem) or renamed (Ren) according to the specified actions of policies configured.
