19.1.10 Recipient: Spam Email Volume (KB)

The Recipient: Spam Email Volume (KB) report displays the top 20 (max) recipients of the most incoming spam emails through PostalCare. The report is generated based on the volume in KB\bold) of the emails received. For each record, the recipient email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Recipient: Spam Email Volume (KB) - Incoming

This report displays the email recipients in PostalCare who have had the most spam emails addressed to them by volume. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the inside email address ([email protected]) that the emails were addressed to.

Note: Honeypot email addresses that appear in the list will have (Honeypot) beside them.

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having all of their outgoing emails blocked. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).

19.1.11 Sender: Spam Email Count

The Sender: Spam Email Count report display the top 20 (max) senders of incoming spam emails through PostalCare. The reports are generated based on the count of spam emails sent by each sender. For each record, the sender's email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Sender: Spam Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the top email senders who have sent the most spam emails to inside email recipients by count. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The sender's address is displayed (i.e., [email protected]).

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having all of their outgoing emails blocked. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).

Sender: Spam Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the outside email senders who have addressed the most spam emails to inside email recipients by volume. For \ example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the sender's email address (i.e., [email protected]).

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having all of their outgoing emails blocked. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).

The report is generated based on the count of spam emails that each sender and recipient had. This report displays the top outside email senders and inside email recipients who have had the most correspondence of spam emails by count. For example:

Both email the sender and recipient email addresses are displayed.

SMTP Server: Spam Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the top SMTP servers who have processed the most incoming spam emails by count.

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having all of their outgoing emails blocked. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).

The SMTP Server: Spam Email Volume (KB) report displays the top 20 (max) SMTP servers that received the most incoming spam emails by volume in KB. For each record, the SMTP server IP address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

SMTP Server: Spam Email Volume (KB) - Incoming

This report displays the SMTP server IP addresses that have had the most incoming spam emails sent to them by volume.

The Recipient: Good Email Count reports display the top 20 recipients of incoming, outgoing and internal emails through PostalCare. The reports only contain data on emails that have been successfully delivered (good). The reports are generated based on the count of emails received by each recipient. For each record, the recipient email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Recipient: Good Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the email recipients in PostalCare who have had the most emails addressed to them by count. All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
Where "[email protected]" is the inside email recipient address.
Recipient: Good Email Count - Outgoing

This report displays the recipients of outgoing emails that inside email recipients in PostalCare have sent the most emails to by count. All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the outside email address (i.e. [email protected]).
Recipient: Good Email Count - Internal

This report displays the recipients of internally sent emails from within this organization by count. Both sender and recipient are internal (inside email addresses). All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The internal recipient's email address is displayed (i.e., [email protected]).

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having none of their emails delivered internally or to an outside recipient. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).
