19.1.18 Recipient: Good Email Volume (KB)

The Recipient: Good Email Volume (KB) reports display the top 20 recipients of incoming emails, outgoing emails and internal emails through PostalCare. The reports only contain data on emails that have been successfully delivered (good). The reports are generated based on the volume in KB of emails received by each recipient. For each record, the recipient email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Recipient: Good Email Volume (KB) - Incoming

This report displays the email recipients in PostalCare who have had the most emails addressed to them by volume. This includes only emails that have been successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the inside email address ([email protected]) that the emails were addressed to.
Recipient: Good Email Volume (KB) - Outgoing

This report displays the recipients of outgoing emails that inside email recipients in PostalCare have sent the most emails to by volume. This includes only emails that have been successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the outside recipient's email address (i.e., [email protected]).
Recipient: Good Email Volume (KB) - Internal

This report displays the email recipients of internally sent emails from within this organization by volume. This includes only emails that have been successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The internal recipient's email address is displayed (i.e., [email protected]).

19.1.19 Sender: Good Email Count

The Sender: Good Email Count reports display the top 20 senders of incoming, outgoing and internal emails through PostalCare. The reports only contain data on emails that have been successfully delivered (good). The reports are generated based on the count of emails received by each recipient. For each record, the sender email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Sender: Good Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the outside email senders who have sent the most emails to recipients within this organization by count. All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
Where "[email protected]" is the outside email sender address.
Sender: Good Email Count - Outgoing

This report displays the top "inside" senders of emails addressed to outside email recipients by count. The "inside" sender is an account within this organization sending outside the organization's email system. All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the inside email address (i.e. [email protected]).
Sender: Good Email Count - Internal

This report displays the top senders of internally sent emails from within this organization by count. Both sender and recipient are internal (inside email addresses). All emails were successfully delivered (good). For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The internal sender's email address is displayed (i.e., [email protected]).

Note: Outgoing emails and internal emails can never be blocked as spam. This is done in PostalCare to avoid an email recipient within PostalCare from being labelled as a spammer and having none of their emails delivered internally or to an outside recipient. However, if an inside email recipient within PostalCare sends an email that triggers a policy with an action that labels the email as spam, that email will be blocked (if the policy applies to outgoing and internal emails).

19.1.20 Sender: Good Email Volume (KB)

The Sender: Total Email Volume (KB) reports display the top 20 (max) senders of incoming emails, outgoing emails and internal emails through PostalCare. The reports are generated based on the volume in KB of the emails sent. For each record, the sender's email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Sender: Total Email Volume - Incoming

This report displays the top senders of emails to email recipients within this organization by volume. They are listed regardless of whether their emails are blocked/spam or delivered. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
Where "[email protected]" is the sender email address displayed.
Sender: Total Email Volume - Outgoing

This report displays the top senders of emails to email recipients outside this organization by volume. They are listed regardless of whether their emails are blocked/spam or delivered. The senders are generally from valid email accounts within this organization. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The email address displayed in this report is the sending email address (i.e. [email protected]).
Note: If a sender was blocked for attempting to illegally relay off this organization's SMTP server, they will also be listed here if they are in the top 20 records by volume.
Sender: Total Email Volume - Internal

This report displays the top senders of of internal within this organization by volume. Both sender and recipient are internal in this case. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
The sender's email address is the one displayed in this report (i.e., [email protected]).

19.1.21 Sender Correspondence: Good Email Count

The Sender Correspondence: Good Email Count reports display the top 20 (max) senders and recipients of incoming emails, outgoing emails and internal emails through PostalCare. The reports are generated based on the count of emails successfully sent and received. For each record, the sender's email address, recipient's email address, last message date and time, count and volume details are displayed.

Sender Correspondence: Good Email Count - Incoming

This report displays the top outside senders of emails to email recipients within this organization by count. The correspondents are listed regardless of whether the emails were blocked/spam or delivered. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
Both sender and recipient email addresses are displayed.
Sender Correspondence: Good Email Count - Outgoing

This report displays the top inside senders of emails to recipients outside this organization by count. The correspondents are listed regardless of whether the emails were blocked/spam or delivered. For example:
[email protected] to [email protected]
Both sender and recipient email addresses are displayed.
